1. The church will be able to store digital information of all its members. They will be identified by name, their ZAKA envelope numbers, phone numbers, region of origin and community.

2. Obtain reports on tithes and other donations from different periods (day, week, month)

3. Get a report of the 50 best tithe payers each month and when a synergy is organized

4. Obtain a report on the giving of TITHES and other contributions to the believer
individually within different periods month, year etc.

5. Obtain confirmation receipt for each transaction made by a church member whether by way of bringing it to church as cash, bank deposit or by way of
mobile networks(M-PESA,TIGOPESA, AIRTEL MONEY, HALOPESA, T-PESA,Z-PESA, NMB WAKALA/BANK/MOBILE APP, UCHUMI WAKALA/BANK/WEB, MKOMBOZI WAKALA/BANK/WEB)

6. Be able to communicate with all believers at the same time through SMS (bulk sms)

7. Be able to send messages to only one community or region only at one time (categorized bulk sms)

8. Special SMS to remind tithes and other contributions to those who have not given for a month or such different periods as you like. At the end of each month the system will send a text message to only those who have not paid their TITHES within the relevant month asking them to fulfill their obligation to give (Malachi 3: 8)

9. Ability to receive believers’ promises digitally and show them the amount remaining of their promises when they contributed (Synergy).

10. The Church will have full ownership the data of its members as well as be able to see it and use it in other such reports as they please and where the church needs to be made any Report, the work will be done free of charge.

11. Increasing the amount of Matole compared to what is available so much by more than 400% as happened in earlier churches which have already started using this system.

1. Believers will be able to give TITHES and any Donations wherever they are and receive a ‘Thank You’ message for those contributions.

2. Believers will be able to obtain reports on all their tithes, offerings, and other contributions for the whole year through www.zaka.co.tz

3. Church members receive electronic receipts after making any transactions towards the church as confirmation.

4. All payments can be made by phone and will not be charged any mobile network transaction fees.
